What is the life expectancy for my king charles spaniel?

He is 4 years old and the vet says he is extremely healthy. Our vet also said that most king charles spaniel's die of obesity but ours is one of the healthiest in our area. :) He's never had any major health problems either.. so.. how long do you think he'll live for? :D
