My ex is stalking me?

I broke up with Dustin over a year ago. We were never in a serious relashionship. He was obsess over me and stalk me and I didn't like it. He was also abusive and hit me numerous times. So I left. It's been awhile, and I am with someone else (Jake). We live together, and it's all been fine unil a week ago. Dustin has "come back" and been stalking me and obsessing over me like he did when we were together... except worse. He posted on every single picture of me on FB (even the ones with my BF in it) saying "Beautiful" "I miss your smile" "you would be happier with me babe." So I blocked him. -.- Anyway, I've been getting several blocked calls saying things like "f*ck me!" and stuff like that. I even heard my name being called outside my window the other night. Anyway, that's not even half of it! He actully got a tattoo of my name on his back! I was like WTF??? he sent me a picture of it via email.. :0 I was like freaking out. Jake is getting death threats also. We've blocked him on EVERYTHING! He just still seems to find me... 0.0 This is getting really scary because I don't know what he's capable of! What would you do? Please help. Thanks!
