Help me please i dont know whats wrong with my baby ?

Ok calm down. If you are upset, it will make him worse. Have you checked to see if he has any kind of diaper rash? Or maybe he has gas? Take his temperature. If you have done all the obvious (changing diaper, giving a bottle, a pacifier, rocking) take him on a car ride. If he is still inconsolable, take him to his doctor. He may be sick without any obvious signs other than fussiness.
