Can you use bots in MW2?

Okay so I beat the MW2 campaign, I'm working on SpecOps, and I'm wondering if I can use multiplayer, the only problem is... My internet connection doesn't reach down into my basement where I keep my PS3. I was wondering if you can play multiplayer, but with bots? Please help, and thanks a ton in advance.
