What else can i do?? (sorry its a bit of a long one)?
Ok i just want you to know i know exactly how you feel! i was the exact same way last year. im 5'3 and 21. when i was 19 i put on 30 lbs by the time i was 20!!! i had gone to being a size 0 all my life to a 5! i felt disgusting and fat. it all went to my stomach, , and thighs. i couldnt stand myself! everyone else around me is super tall and skinny and beautiful! i finally decided to do something about it. my goal weight was 115 and i made it! and im gonna go the extra 10 this year! the best way to loose weight at the point your at is to eat healthy and decrease your cal intake. i hated exercising! so what you want to do is add a 0 to how much you want to weigh to find out how many cals you should eat a day. like my cal per day was 1150. its that easy. now if u do decided to exercise you can add more cals to that. eating- always have breakfast. i usually would have a snack between breakfast and lunch and then between lunch and dinner and sometimes after dinner if it didnt go over my cal intake. always eat high protein foods. you can find a list online ne where. the protein is what keeps you full longer! now if i really felt super hungry i always kept a baggy of almonds with me. its super low in cals and high in protein. but dont eat the whole bag like eat like five! i really hope this helps. if u have ne other questions just ask!!! your not alone!
