Does the army accept really obese people?

Your max weight for your age and height is 217. I know that sounds like a lot, but with some work it's totally attainable. Because of your current weight, you need to check with a doctor before starting anything, just in case your weight is an actual medical issue, or if you have heart problems or anything. If they ok it, they'll give you a fitness plan to start yourself out gradually. Exercise is actually a good depression treatment, as the adrenaline affects the receptors in the brain that some antidepressants do. Take it slow and steady, and don't give up!
