Teen Magazines? Teen Vogue, Cosmo Girl, Seventeen...?

Which teen magazine has in your opinion the perfect balance of articles (any sort), music, fashion, school and advice? It doesn't have to be one of these. I was thinking I would like Teen Vogue, but I know thats ALL fashion. What s your general impression of it? And which magazine would have information on upcoming bands, and music? Thanks!
