Some-one has signed for my parcel today, and they have signed it in my name. how will they be punished?

I would like the people who signed for my parcel in my name which is 'Fraud', to be punished as they clearly decided to keep my property which is 'theft' i have told the courier to retrieve my items and bring them to me. how can i get them punished so they can't do it to some-one else !!!
