Rate my story so far it for children?

On a scale of 1-10..... um, 1. All caps is horrible, grammar and spelling are atrocious, and the storyline doesn't seem like a kids' book. The idea of a girl being the princess of wolves and communicating with them is cool, but it's way more suited to a fantasy novel.
