While you were in therapy you might have been moving too fast. You talked about too much all at one time. Maybe you weren't ready to open up as much as you did. As a result you might have gotten overwhelmed and started to dissociate. Dissociation keeps us from feeling our feelings. Try to take it slow and easy. Be gentle with yourself. Don't be too hard on yourself. I hope you will be doing better. Good Luck.
