Need Some Advice?

I am 16 and a sopre in high school. I go to a small school where everyone knows each other. Being that my name is Jack Daniels it seems I am known by every single person in the school. I do not really talk to any girls or hang out with any. I guess it is because I am shy around them and don't know what to say. The other part of it is that I always think about mistakes I made with girls in the past (just being stupid or whatever, being awkward). So without meeting new people in school (which like I said is impossible because everyone knows me), how I can I get girls to reconsider me and want to become my friend? I pretty much just need to improve my image but not physically because I wear nice clothes already and stuff so I just need other ways. Thanks.
