Men and Woman: What is YOUR stance on major age differences when it comes to dating and marriage ?

I'm 16, yes i know its too young to be thinking about marriage, but ever since 8th grade i've been wanting to date older men when im in my 20s. Recently, a friend of mine (15) was telling me how stupid dating and marrying older men was. For example, i see nothing wrong with being in my early 20's and wanting to date someone in their 30's early 40's if your wanting a serious relationship with them. Not only will i get to be blessed with maturity from him but he will already have started his career so he'll have stability in his life. ALSO i would be able to depend on him for hopefully he knows what he wants in life and doesn't run around to bars nightly or whatever.Any tips for my future? Are you in a relationship currently where your husband is older and how is that going?
