I would like to see facts that tasers are deadly.?

I would like to see facts not opinions only. I see a lot of people spouting off that tasers are deadly. But yet Taser International has not successfully been sued yet. I have seen the medical research that went into the device. I have been tased in training, and I know many others that have been and are fine. Show me a healthy person that was tased, and died.
