Hi, im being maliciously stalked by "Inevitable onslaught on Iran" on our answers community, what can i do?

He sends me rude/offensive emails (ive turned my comms off now) but keeps adding offensive comments on my questions. Obviously ive reported him, but nothing really happens? Please look at his racist questions and rubbish that he spouts and report him for me? Thanks just trying to make our community safer, as yahoo does sweet f.a about it.
