Family help! please please answerr this ?

In my house i'm always the one who cleans. my stepmom always cleans on the weekenss and during the week i clean. My dad yells at me when the house is a mess and expects me to keep it clean. the only problem is i have a stepsister who is my age and no one yells at her to do anything. i cleaned my house today, did laundry,dishes, and tidyed up and about five minutes ago my dad told me to go vac the living room and put stuff away and said my stepsister wud help and she didnt. she sat in her room and after i was done she was like im bored. what do i do. im so unbelievably mad, and my dads a jerk, whenever i clean and tell him i did he just says, "dont expect anything, this is what your suppost to do." IIts not the cleaning that makes me mad, its that i have to do it by myself. Its either if i clean, im the only one, or if i dont i get yelled at. I cant live with my mom, she lives in an apartnent with my sister, her husband and there baby and she doesnt have alot of money to take care of me. I hate it here. Me and my dad have already gone to counsling because we dont have a good relationship.What should i do about this?
